In 1996 I was contacted by the conceptual Artist Donald Lipski, to fabricate a sculpture for Grand Central Terminal in NYC. The piece was built in Oregon in 1998 and install in May of 1999. This fabulous sculpture has no lighting on it, rather it is lit from the soffit above and the surrounding walls. Still known as a chandelier it is an upside-down Olive tree with a Gilded root mass. This view is taken from Lexington and E 43rd Street, the sculpture hangs in the International Food Court.
